Patty Perez is a top producing Real Estate agent in Central Florida whose main goal is to help families realize the American dream of owning a home.

She currently holds an MBA in Finances from the University of San Buenaventura and has been a full-time Realtor since early 2003. In the last 18 years.  Patty has been able to help over 500 families make the American dream come true. And her biggest desire is to continue doing the same for many, many, years to come.

Prior to joining the residential side of the business, Patty helped numerous clients with Commercial Sales, REO properties, short sales, and foreclosures, which forged a very vast and extensive career in the Real Estate field for her. As you can guess it, her experience plays a major role in every transaction she’s in, because her superior understanding of every angle of the deal easily turns into spotting the best options for her clients.

Since the early stages of her career (2003 – 2010) Patty was considered a top producer in the industry. First with Exit Realty, Corp. where her major highlights were ranking ‘Top Agent’ every year from 2005 through 2010. Then from 2011 to 2015 shining bright with Investors Real Estate,with Tom Murphy & Assocs. 2015-2017.  competing among the best for the top rankings at Charles Rutenberg Realty during 2017-2020.Currently is at Investors Real Estate.
Her biggest career accomplishment was making the ‘Top Producer Club’ with ORRA (Orlando Regional Real Estate Association) on  2017.
